This progressive program uses different exercises and techniques to increase your fitness level. It’ll help you master new skills and is designed to benefit everyone no matter your weight or ability. Whether you’ve never lifted a dumbbell before or are an elite athlete, this program will improve your overall tone.
This children’s program will teach the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to learning the fighting skills, the child will also learn discipline and respect while participating in a fun and energetic class atmosphere. Self-defense and personal safety lessons will also be incorporated into the class sessions.
A training routine for the fighter that wants to box competitively. Spend time with the heavy bag, speed bag, and double end bag. The program will also incorporate stamina increasing exercises like calisthenics and skipping rope. Practice bouts with sparring partners will hone your competitive edge.
Alliance’s MMA program incorporates the fighting techniques and skills of a wide variety of disciplines including Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Learn or improve your take-downs, your striking techniques, and your ground fighting. Plus, we’ll use conditioning drills to improve your cardio, stamina, and speed to increase your competitive level.
Jiu-Jitsu is a combat style system focusing on grappling and ground fighting. It’s a combination of Kodokan Judo and ground fighting which became its own art form. The basic concept of Jiu-Jitsu is that a smaller/weaker person can defend themselves from a bigger/stronger person by using leverage and technique.
Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that combines stand-up striking with clinching techniques. It’s characterized by its use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins, and is often called the “art of eight limbs” because it uses eight points of contact. There is a heavy focus on body conditioning.
Boxing is a combat sport that encourages discipline, mental strength, and physical development. Our boxing program will develop your strength, endurance, and agility while teaching you to throw proper punches. You will find quality instruction and sparring practice while learning the fundamentals.
