Even if you aren’t interested in becoming a pro-fighter, we can still tailor a program for you. Our instructors can help you achieve your goals whether you are simply looking to lose weight and increase your physical fitness or you want to be able to defend yourself when the time comes. Women and children can especially benefit from our self-defense training classes.
We offer classes six days per week in the morning, afternoon, and evening. No matter what kind of schedule you have, we are sure to have a class that will suit your needs. In addition to our extensive class schedule, we also have open gym hours where you can work on the skills that you are focusing on at the moment.
With a dozen instructors on our staff, you can find your ideal training environment and develop a relationship with the trainer that understands your individual goals. Our instructors consist of professional fighters in various styles of fighting, and each has the experience you desire in your trainer.
