As San Diego’s premier athletic facility, we feel we have a responsibility to help the newbie achieve their dreams while at the same time being able to provide the programs that help competitive athletes achieve their highest levels. We offer training sessions that will help you thrive as an athlete no matter where you may be on your MMA journey.

We are proud of our instructors and their ability to teach traditional skills and adapt them to modern applications. This versatility helps our students remain relevant in the ever-changing world of mixed martial arts. We guarantee that we can enhance your training experience and bring you the program you need to improve your skills year after year.

Even if you aren’t interested in becoming a pro-fighter, we can still tailor a program for you. Our instructors can help you achieve your goals whether you are simply looking to lose weight and increase your physical fitness or you want to be able to defend yourself when the time comes. Women and children can especially benefit from our self-defense training classes.

We offer classes six days per week in the morning, afternoon, and evening. No matter what kind of schedule you have, we are sure to have a class that will suit your needs. In addition to our extensive class schedule, we also have open gym hours where you can work on the skills that you are focusing on at the moment.

With a dozen instructors on our staff, you can find your ideal training environment and develop a relationship with the trainer that understands your individual goals. Our instructors consist of professional fighters in various styles of fighting, and each has the experience you desire in your trainer.

Choose from one of our seven different training programs: Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Amateur Boxing, Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning, or Kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

This children’s program will teach the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Amateur Boxing

A training routine for the fighter that wants to box competitively. Spend time with the heavy bag, speed bag, and double end bag. The program will also incorporate stamina increasing exercises like calisthenics and skipping rope. Practice bouts with sparring partners will hone your competitive edge.

Jiu-Jitsu is a combat style system focusing on grappling and ground fighting. It’s a combination of Kodokan Judo and ground fighting which became its own art form. The basic concept of Jiu-Jitsu is that a smaller/weaker person can defend themselves from a bigger/stronger person by using leverage and technique.
