Undefeated super bantamweight Christopher “San Diego Kid” Martin (23-0-2, 6 KOs) of Chula Vista will be making his Top Rank Promotions debut on Saturday, October 1, on the under card of the Toshiaki Nishioka versus Rafael Marquez WBC super bantamweight title bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fox Sports will be televising that bout. Martin, who secured the WBO NABO 122 pound title by defeating Charles Huerta in May, is now set to face Jose Angel Beranza (33-21-2, 26 KOs).
