Heavyweights Travis Browne vs Rob Broughton Slated For UFC 135
Fresh of an impressive “Knockout of the Night” win over Stefan Struve, heavyweight Travis Browne (11-0-1 MMA, 2-0-1 UFC) will return to the cage against Rob Broughton (15-5-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC). UFC officials today announced that verbal agreements are in place for the heavyweights to meet this fall at UFC 135. UFC 135 takes place Sept. 24 at Denver’s Pepsi Center. The main card, which airs on pay-per-view, features a light-heavyweight title fight between current champ Jon “Bones” Jones and former champ Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
