I’m blessed to be able to work with some amazing athletes on a weekly basis. I handle the majority of the strength and conditioning for the fight team down at Alliance Training Center in Chula Vista. Here’s a quick clip showing a couple exercises we use to help our athletes improve their game. The movements in this clip include:

  1. One Arm Dumbbell Rows
  2. Single Leg Hamstring Curls on a Stability Ball

  4. Box Jumps
  5. Kneeling Diagonal Lifts with Tubing
