– Compete whenever possible. Once you are cleared to compete, look for every opportunity to do so- and it doesn’t have to be MMA. In San Diego, there are plenty opportunities to compete.
– Take care of your body. Work out, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet with ample protein and healthy carbs. Ditch those guilty pleasures that don’t properly fuel your body.
